  • We purchased a used 2013 Sienna minivan last week. Basically purchased it site unseen. We had test driven a few but because we lived over an hour away from the dealership and knew it was what we wanted, I was advised the van had everything, paint was excellent so it was purchased site unseen. After the van was delivered, I noticed it had no floor mats. Our salesperson told us we would have to buy them. Well, for oem would cost me $280+. I didn't think buying a newer used vehicle from the manufacture dealership wouldn't put these in... Kind of twerked me the wrong way.
