  • When I picked up my bike from service, the chain came off in 30 seconds when test riding it in the parking lot, the clicking sound in the crank I noted was not fixed, and, most of all, there was scratches on my new bike from being clamped to the service stand! Being that my bike is only 2 months old, and I'm very close to that area routinely to lock my bike, I can be certain the scratches were not there before. And while the guy working there was explaining that I shouldn't expect damages to my bike being serviced, another bike fell off their service stand and crashed onto the front forks as the wheel was off the bike! Yikes! The guy suggested I talk to the owner who was there. Yet the owner had zero concern for my situation, refused to look at my bike as he "wasn't the mechanic who worked on it", and had zero interest in trying to make the situation right. Very uncool and amateurish. As such, I have zero interest in giving them further business.
