  • Sorry, but worst experience ever and their prices that I had to try hard to bargain down were starting prices at my usual store! When I mentioned the yelp discount, the guy didn't even know about it and had to call someone to ask... they finally gave it to me (STILL better prices at my usual store!). Customer service? Yeah right. He would open up new products right in front of me, then walk away and help a customer at the register. I actually did end up buying a piece here, then went to my usual store for accessories. At my usual store, they noticed that it was put together backwards/upside down. I also watched the guy just rip the seal out of my piece, put it back in the box, then sell it to me. My purchase is not for you to experiment with. If I buy something NEW, I expect it to be in new/pristine condition. Never coming here again.
