I've come here a few times for tires and been impressed with the speed and cost. It was a bit scary at first to see a place that just uses jacks instead of lifts and moves that quickly, but they've seemed to do decent work. I had to push the guy to replace one tire because he saw tread left and didn't want me wasting money (not easy to spot the belt failure).
That said, they can be shorthanded and poor with communication. Knowing they can be busy and don't always do repairs, I called in the morning asking if they had time to patch a slow leak. The guy told me that they are first-come, first-serve (as always) and that I should drop by. However, when I got there a little while later an employee told me they only had half of the staff working, to his frustration, and that they wouldn't do a repair. I get that they can't plan for staff not showing up or whatever, but I wasted a lunch hour going and coming when they could have just told me that over the phone.
