  • Can't believe I wasted time of my life that I'll never get back. Went to their Mall location with the intention to buy a bedroom set. First visited their upstairs showroom and a very nice gentlemen helped us and showed us different models, after not having what we were looking for he told us about their downstairs "Main Showroom". We go downstairs and the staff just looked at us, not greet us or even acknowledge us and went back to doing nothing. After we found exactly what we wanted, we looked around for a good while with the face of "Helloooo somebody help us?". Staff would glance but not once approach or ask if we needed help. I wasn't about to go towards them to apologize for inconveniencing them and ask if they can get off their lazy asses to help me. I shouldn't have to. Did I mention we were the only clients in the whole showroom? We walked out. Any company with such low standards of service does not deserve my business and shouldn't deserve yours either.
