  • This review is for the midwives...they are all absolutely AMAZING! My very first obstetrics visit was with a physician who was very cold and by the book; quoting statistics and what I had to do. Being a healthcare professional myself it was a shocking experience not to be treated as an individual. I was referred to the midwives and the Family Circle that Pam coordinates out of the Gilbert office. My husband was hesitant; he had visions of a blow up tub and drums with people chanting (Not that there is anything wrong with that). From our very first visit with Beth to our delivery with Mallory we were never anything but extremely happy there. You see all of the Midwives throughout your pregnancy so that you will get to know them prior to your delivery. I loved when overhearing Janice tell someone, I didn't deliver your baby, you did, I was there to catch him. They don't interfere with the process unnecessarily but they have all of the technology available to them if need be. They only deliver at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center; which also gets 5 stars in my book. It is a certified baby friendly hospital. If you are looking for a natural experience with the comfort of knowing that if something goes wrong you and your baby will be safe, then these women are the best choice you could make!!
