  • Oh how I love thee Hyatt let me count the ways! this is the only hotel we go to at this point we've tried them all but it seems like this is the one we keep coming back to for the last few years. From the pole to the slide to the gorgeous Landscaping to the excellent staff even the little gift shop next to the pool always has awesome stuff and I never leave without buying a few bracelets or sunglasses. I love that most of the stuff has a cause that it is connected to such as the beaches dolphins women of Haiti . This weekend was my husband's birthday and of course it did not disappoint not sure of his name maybe it was Parker or Tripp??? Host in restaurant made the birthday extra special by letting the server know and they brought us probably the most amazing crème brûlée I've ever had at the end of a very very great meal. Kye at the pool was fabulous very young but knows how to serve the client and even recommend excellent suggestions to cocktails. Hyatt please do not change anything I hope you continue to serve us well thank you so much
