Extremely unique center. Located in what I believe is considered the arts center of Las Vegas. Donations based classes. I've taken a few different classes here, all of which were challenging, stimulating, energizing... This is the first place I ever practiced Yin or breathing(what's that yogish term?). Close to the North end of the strip so it's convenient for travelers or highrisees like myself. Having a studio this close to the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip is nothing less than life saving for me. Yoga has saved me mentally, physically and spiritually. I've logged thousands of hours other places but this one holds a sweet little spot in my heart.
Many different teachers and styles to try out. There are beginners classes and some where the die hards make me feel we can all levitate off our mats with practice. Hehe(: They started to offer instructor training which I missed on this first go but would love to register for to deepen my knowledge.
I have brought my daughter to a few classes. She's a young teenager with a few classes under her belt. They were accommodating no questions asked. This makes me very happy that we can both practice together. Keep in mind she's very well behaved and respectful.
It's lovely to get visitors in from all over. I wish everywhere I traveled had a super fun sanctuary like this a few blocks from my hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this place, and do.
