  • There are very few things in life I love more than good sushi and Sakana is currently my favorite in Vegas. After seeing multiple check ins from a Yelper I know and trust I bookmarked it and eventually made my way down. The first thing about them is that the fish to rice ratio is fantastic. So many places barely put a sliver of fish so that's a welcome surprise. They customer service was great. The servers are always making sure you're good to go, whether it's beer or water or more rolls. The rolls Come out quick. It was almost too quick because I expected them to take longer so I had a table full of rolls-a good problem to have. The chefs are fun to converse with, which is an underrated part of sushi experience when eating at a bar. An outgoing chef changes the entire vibe. Their fresh Wasabi is straight (fire emojis). It's soooo soooo good. If you're a drinker, they have a good 2 for 1 happy hour that I make sure to always take advantage of. If you need a sushi place, come to this one
