  • I've eaten at Du-Pars twice in the past week. I love eggs. All kinds. Chicken, duck, fish etc. Du-Pars does as close to a perfectly cooked over-easy egg as any I've ever had. It was served hot and the yolk was perfectly runny and the whites were cooked thoroughly. The bacon was great. Not the thickest I've ever had but definitely better than the standard pork paper you would get at IHOP or Denny's. Not to beat a dead horse but the pancakes really are pretty fantastic. Lightly crisp on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. I do have an issue with a place that does such a great breakfast but serves mediocre coffee. That is the only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars.
