  • I dropped off a roll of film here for developing and printing. When I picked up my order, there were scratches over the entire roll. I mentioned it to the staff and was told my camera was to blame - maybe it was dirty, etc. I went home and shot a test roll and sent it off to my usual mail-away service and -what do ya know?- no scratches at all. I won't take another roll there. I'd love to support local but I can't have my negatives damaged. The staff does seem nice and knowledgeable so maybe they retail end isn't like the film processing.
