  • Went in for an oil change there for the first time. Had a coupon and presented it. Got a brief and confusing explanation of the products. Ended up with conventional oil in my vehicle, a 2013 Honda Accord which uses synthetic oil which I knew and is clearly labeled on the oil cap. My husband noticed the mistake and called about it. I returned and was treated in a very rude manner by the person on duty ( a different person than who did the service 2 days earlier). He acted as if I was some dumb broad and it was my fault there was a mistake. I left due to his rude and unprofessional behavior and will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.
