  • I took my old volvo to gene. Like 90% of the people I EXPECT to get ripped off when I walk into an auto repair shop. Gene's was NOTHING like that. He was straight forward and told me all the cost up front. He didnt over do things since my car already had 260K miles. He did what was necessary but gave me the option. He even told me that I could wait for certain repairs. This is pretty rare when it comes to auto repair shops as they try and get as much out of you as possible. Gene's daughter was even nice enough to give me a ride to work from there. Family owned where they treat you like a person.
