  • We went three times to the office to settle a tax bill...never had to wait long...first time nice gal, second time horrible gal, one week later Raul was our representative...nice, nice man. Helped us with all our paperwork and helped us to get the issue resolved. It would be really nice if the other employees realized that you dont have to be horrible to the customers, just help them work out the problem so they can get it resolved. Thank you Raul.
