  • I decided to go to Chipotle today for lunch and had an awesome time! ...From the moment I arrived and went to the back of the line which extended all the way to the dining room til I was able to put in an order 20 minutes later. I paid for my order and was lucky enough to be able to wait around a few extra minutes for their disorganized staff to bag up some chips to complete my order. Total time spent waiting in line, ordering food, paying, and then more waiting was about 25 minutes. I don't know what the root cause could be for the slowness (staff, multiple orders/person, disorganization) but when the line is full and the dining room is empty, some part of the process isn't working. I give them one star for the food which is always good and that's about it.
