  • AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We had a washer for over 10 years and it started spilling out water even when the washer was off. We went into Appliance Outlet to buy a washer. We told the manager what was happening and he told we didn't even have to buy a new one we just needed to replace the water flow valve. Neither my husband or I knew anything about washers let alone the parts to one. The manager was so kind to tell us to face time him when we get home to the broken washer and he would show us via phone how to take apart our washing machine and take out the water flow valve. We were able to take it apart and he checked his store to see if he had the right kind but unfortunately he did not. He gave us a name of someone who would have the part. The manager was so knowledgeable and honest! I will never buy an appliance from anywhere else!! What amazing customer service!!!
