  • Yelp to the rescue! (again.) Our carpets were gross. Carpet Monkeys dominates the listings in Yelp in terms of number and quality. Easy choice. Rick (the owner) answered the phone, and he quoted me a fair price. I agreed, and we made an appointment. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was en route. They showed up promptly at the start of the 2-hour period we had pre-arranged, and Rick and his colleague Dante got right to work. They scoured the crud out of our high-traffic areas, leaving the carpet immaculate and like-new. Friendly and professional, I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
