  • Three out of four of the self purchase ticket machines are not working. And none are marked as closed. We waited in one line just to find that the machine wasn't working and then had to go back to the end and wait in line again for the functioning machine. The theater is also a bit outdated, dirty, and crowded. The seats are extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the bottom of the seat and the back rest poking you the whole time, and very little leg room. The women's bathrooms were also absolutely filthy. I had to walk into 6 stalls before finding one that was even somewhat passable. $10 for a movie ticket in a bad theater is also a bit absurd. I'm more than willing to spend that much in a nice theater, but honestly there are much better options that are cheaper.
