  • EXTREMELY rude "receptionist manager." Didn't get her name, average height average looking blonde woman. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. She lies about what she promises over the phone vs in person. Not willing to do what is right. This is a beautiful property with tons of paid for 5 star reviews, I get it. But they are just liars and money making and did not care about my car or dog. Rather how many fake illnesses and infections they could fake and charge me for. I got two other local opinions and they cleared my pup right away saying Boca is money making. We obviously switched animal hospitals and are very pleased. Inbox me for details. Thanks.
