  • I came here to get my firearm cerakoted and I received it back as shown on the pictures (8/16/17) after 2 and half weeks, no detail, horrible job done and was treated as it was my fault for not cleaning the gun before dropping it to get this done, which by the way I was never told to do so, as you can see there's no detail at all, color is not consistent and different shades of white , not to mention the speckles all over the gun that are highly noticeable, I tried talking to the owner but was not to be found, this is an unacceptable job but all I was told it was my fault and to take it home and clean it with (dawn) dish soap that "sorry" that's all we can do and if I wanted it done again I had to pay once again, I understand white is a difficult color to handle but if the job can't be done correctly then it should have been stated from the beginning which I was not told otherwise I would never have I left it, I brought 2 of my friends to get their Firearms cerakoted as well but once they saw my results they decided to retrieve their firearms and cancel the job, costumer service was horrible from the guy that did the job, I will not be returning nor will I be referring future business to this gun store. The only solution that was offered was to pay AGAIN for a job that should have been done correctly or rejected if it wasn't possible to begin with.
