First off, I'm not expecting stellar results from an automated car wash. However, this location falls short in the automated wash department.
The guys that work here are all nice, albeit trying to make the hard sell every time.
The machine...the mechanism that they use for pulling your car through the line can damage your wheels. The metal rails can grind against your wheels and mar the finish. Ask me how I know. Also, the machine isn't very friendly with low cars. My car is slightly lower than your average sedan, and I slammed the frame when I rolled on to the wheel-pulling contraption.
The clean...as I rolled through the line, the left side got beat to hell by the cleaner rotors while the right side received a feather dusting. Again, not expecting a crazy clean car, but at least align your machine properly. Wheel cleaning is laughable, as others have pointed out.
Vacuums were hit or miss. Only about half of them worked and none of them had the abortion force suction that I've gotten at the other locations. The air guns are a nice feature though! Make sure you bring your own microfiber towel to dry the car.
Would not recommend this to anyone that respects their vehicle. This place will do well for people's econoboxes and grocery getters after a dust storm.
