| - Do not do it! When they are trying to get your business, they are helpful and prompt. Once they have your money and your goods, forget it. Your property will be held for 30 days at the minimum whether you like it or not. No, they cannot tell you when they will have a truck going to your delivery area. No, they don't know what trucks are where today, tomorrow, or next week. Does that sound like an organized company to you? The players in the game all know their schtick quite well. I doubt the names they use are legitimate. They will ask you for a requested delivery date--and my delivery could have been made the next day--but in actuality they take the goods to a warehouse, unload them, and let them sit for the 30 days before they even think about your delivery date. I was graced with a phone call from the driver 24 hours before he was to deliver. A window of 3 hours was given. At the end of the window, and still no driver, I called to see if delivery would be delayed or not that day. A very irate driver ranted about problems with the previous delivery and kept saying, "if you have a problem, call the office." So I did. UGGGGGH! That was the second time I was treated to rambling, condescending, pontificating blather from "Roy" who blamed the customers prior to my delivery as being the cause of the delay. Got it. Finally, after 33 days since I'd put my goods on their truck, did I see them again. Moving boxes that were brand new were completely mangled. Pieces to the grill were missing. But I was just giddy that the stuff was just there----I was truly that concerned I'd never see any of it again. Simply put: don't gamble with this company. They are well oiled enough to protect themselves and you are simply the despised consumer. Find a more trustworthy and respectful company!
