| - Update: The manager, Aaron, called me immediately after I posted this and sincerely apologized and refunded my oil change. there so angry I actually had tears in my eyes. 11:00 appt, left at 1:30 p.m. - for an oil change. I would still be there if I hadn't demanded my vehicle back. I don't even know if they changed the oil. They took my Groupon, so I'm hoping. The mechanic took all four wheels off, then left it for 1.5 hours on the lift unattended, untouched. I feel like I was in the Twilight Zone. Mesa, AZ location. 3 hours wasted on a precious day off. The front counter guy was clueless. The mechanics clearly don't care that a customer is waiting on their vehicle. There is zero communication between the mechanics and the front counter guy. Why my wheels were removed is beyond me. I am very concerned about my vehicle, what, if anything was done to it. It really breaks my heart because I'd like to see Sears succeed (I've purchased all my appliances here, over the years). With this experience, America will kiss them goodbye. I will check the dip stick and make sure my oil is clean. All trust is broken.
