  • I purchased a storage bed frame and nightstands on May 23rd, 2016 and was told a delivery window of 5-7 business days. I did not receive the bed frame and nightstands until June 27th. However, the storage portion was not included (which was a substantial amount of money). I finally got the storage unit on July 13th, but it was smashed to pieces. They took it back and ordered another one which is "on the way". The communication has been terrible and it is absolutely ridiculous. I am told every time that I call that it will be in soon and they will let me know. it has been almost 3 months when it was supposed to be 5-7 business days! I disputed the transaction with my credit card company today. I will never purchase anything from them again and advise you to do the same.
