  • I dont recommend them. There is not much luxurious about that place. First of all good luck on trying to enjoy your favorite show on Netflix or getting a decent time of peace and calm. You will endure careless neighbors that blast music like they are in Studio 54. They have small children that run around all throughout the night. Kids that leave mess behind. Dog park run out bags often. Dog park is small and doesn't have much grass. More gravel then grass. Which brings me to that there isnt any real grass besides the grass at the dog park. Fake grass. Water has been shut off many times. No garbage disposal! Thin walls you can peoples intimate moments in stereo. Seriously. I know exactly when and where neighbors are being intimate. The 1 and only Pool is closed and is lock down after 6pm. No cover parking. And did mention loud neighbors. Good luck if choose to move in and if you do try near the leasing office. Seems like not as much fuckery goes on around there.
