  • Worst experience ever. I recently moved to Vegas wanting to add some shrubbery in my apartment, so my boyfriend and I decided to check out some local nurseries. We came across Moon Valley Nursery last weekend hoping to get a better idea of what type of plants we should buy for our place. We were approached by a nice fellow who seemed like he wanted to help us, but then some guy with long hair (I'm assuming the manager) intervened in our conversation. The long haired man was way to rude and forceful. We told him we wanted to grow some herbs in our window sill and he threw a bunch of seed packets at us and told us to buy soil from his place. You never hand items to a customer assuming that they will buy from you. I was so turned off. We wanted to look around some more and let him know that, but he rudely let us know that if we stole his seed packets, he would have someone chase after us. WOW. Maybe he was joking.... but he told us 2 other times not to the steal the seed packets. My boyfriend and I put the seed packets back and left. I would never support a business like this.
