  • I've never reviewed any business on yelp.... I've complained twice in my life to the BBB and this is the first time my issue was unresolved. My experience with this business was anything but professional. Could they have fixed my issue, yes. Did they, yes... Temporarily. Why am I upset and would never recommend, read below: The service man called 5 minutes before the end of his time period to let me know he'd be an hour late. He was then 3 hours late. Upon arrival he was confrontational and arrogant about the work that was previously done by a reputable electrician. He then refused to take payment over the phone for his services of which I confirmed later his business was capable of doing. After he completed his work, he proceeded to rip down his work and the work of the electrician who had previously attempted and charged me for his services. I've never had to deal with so much disrespect and bad business from one place. I would give them a negative rating if were an option.
