  • We had a choice of 2 emergency rooms. I'd seen patients here who were having good experiences so came here - a big mistake. From those experiences and reading other reviews it looks like this might be a good place to have a baby or some elective surgery, however the emergency room is poorly run. It starts with two people sitting at desks who tell you to stand at a self-serve kiosk to check in, they won't help you. The kiosk wants a credit card as part of the process; several more bureaucratic steps ensue next. At this point I'll assume the care will be okay (I'll update the review if necessary) but the process of getting in and getting triage is sub-par.
