Service dept - the service was once good but seemed to take a bad turn for 2016, management and the corporate office should really look into what's going on here. I had a 9am appt for a check engine light (dropped my car off at 8:15am). At 2:45pm after not hearing a peep from the service dept I called for a status check. I was told my car had not even been looked at yet. Wow, this made me wonder what's the need for an appt then. I then called back every 15-20min to see if my car would be ready today (since I still did not receive an update for my issue) my calls went unanswered and was passed around from vm to vm. Not even able to get ahold of the manager over the service dept. After 4pm I desperately pleaded with the person over the phone to please get me answers. After talking to my service coordinator he blamed me for a recall issue I inquired about in Feb 2016 and was told not to worry about since our climate in AZ is not humid. Status as of 430pm still no update on the check engine light I had originally made the appt for and am now told I will need to leave my vehicle overnight and even though it was not touched from 830am-230pm I will not be provided a loaner vehicle.
I would love for upper a management/corporate representative to get ahold of me. My name is Danielle Guinea, you can find my info at Avondale Dodge's service dept for a 9am appt on 8/29.
