  • Normally my experience at Nail Envy ends with me being rather satisfied but yesterday was truly unpleasant. I had told the nail tech that I didn't like a shape of one of the nails and she said she will "fix it later".. Later came and I had noticed that they weren't even. I wanted them filed a little more and shaved down since they were bulky and uneven on the surface. When I had pointed that out the nail tech said "Don't worry about it, let me finish" Oh, okay.. Go ahead and finish. When she finished, I still wasn't impressed. Due to my attitude and viciousness when I get pissed off, I decided to hold my tongue this time. I did not tip because that type of service doesn't warrant a tip. I have, in fact, had my nails done by each male nail tech and they are very good. I won't let anyone except them do my nails from now on.
