  • I wish I could remember the name of my stylist but its probably better for her that I don't. I can not believe the lack of professionalism in this salon! The stylist had my chair turned to the side the entire time so that I couldn't see what she was doing. As a stylist myself, this is unacceptable and very shady behavior. She claims to have 21 years of hair stylist experience but this is clearly a lie. I asked her to cut some LONG bangs for me so that I could curl them out to the side, she gave me blunt bangs! I CLEARLY told her that was NOT what I wanted, I nearly cried when she turned the chair and all she could say was oops. No discount, nothing. I am furious and will NEVER return to this salon again. Really wish I had a name to give but the only description I can offer without being mean is that she is from Brooklyn.
