  • I went here just to browse and learn more hands on info regarding MTB. I had done quite a bit of research regarding bikes. Michael was the rep from Mcghies who helped me and really opened my eyes to what I should look for. He even recommended I go check out other bike stores which I did do but, they ridiculously priced and the customer service and just overall technical expertise seem to lack compared to these guys. I actually ended buying a bike that one of the reps owned and he gave me the low down on the bike and they really do go that extra mile with you to make sure you are well informed and know exactly what you are getting into. Also they were not high pressure sales. I will continue to shop here in the future.
