  • This is my second review of the Orthodontics at this place. DO NOT go here. Just when I thought they fixed the problems with scheduling they did not. First the doctor is only available one weekend a month so if you miss your appointment you are out of luck. The doctor is actually great besides the scheduling. The problem here is management and reception. My daughter showed for her last appointment on time. She waited for 30 minutes. She went to the counter and they told her she was late and would not see her!! They messed up and refused to see her. I called that day because I was not with her to get her in. They did not call me back. I called again as they did not schedule her appointment next month and they told me the doctor is already full this month. So I scheduled next month and requested a call back. No one called. The management just does not care about their patients here. Go somewhere else. You will only be disappointed.
