  • If I could give a negative rating I would. We enquires about pest control for our squirrel and centipede problems. The price was expensive and the quote misleading. We were told that they could guarantee us to be squirrel free. They never mentioned we would have to pay separate for a roofer to come and seal our roof. The guy set traps for squirrels and never caught one. We called and told we weren't happy with service and they didn't do as requested and we asked for a refund. They have told us numerous times that out refund will be processed in 5 days and after multiple weeks and phone calls we still have not received anything back. Absolutely awful experience.
