  • I will NEVER return go this hitel, and I'm going to report them asweell. I was charged a $250 deposit and I wasn't informed about it. I've NEVER been charged a Deposit for a hotel room. I've stayed in 3 star hotels with better rates and customer service. I was charged for Internet and not informed that there was a charge, and parking was $20 a day. You had to pay $15 for a microwave. This hotel looks nice on the inside, but they are unprofessional. I called many times along why I was charged $250, and I was given the run around. One young man told me I had the wrong hotel, and had me in the phone for 7 minutes while he pretended to find the number, and other members of the staff transferred me all over the place and didn't try to assist me. Then one person told me the $250 deposit would be returned in 3 to 5 business days, and when I called again the next person told me 7 to 10. I have proof of two conversations, and I will be reporting this hotel. They should be audited.
