  • Hands down best service. Locked my keys out of my car, had work that morning. Scrambling around frantically. Initially called West Valley Lock and Key, they quoted me 30 mins and 95 bucks. Wanted to call around and see what my other options were. Called around. Ended up calling West Valley back and the dispatcher told me he could no longer get anyone out to me, and I would have to call and make an appointment... I have work this morning, so I couldn't make an appointment... Called 24 hr lockout services, and they had a guy here in 10 minutes for literally half of what West Valley quoted. I think I paid 45 and he probably even got here faster than 10 minutes. West Valley even ended up dispatching a locksmith out (I thought he was with 24 hour, had a hard time understanding him) and he still quoted me 30 mins and $95. It wasn't till jack called and told me he was 10 mins out that I realized my mistake. Happily called west valley, told them I didn't need their services. Jack (I believe it was jack from reading other reviews, older gentleman, seemed like the owner of the business) showed up, was as chipper as ever for an early morning run, was able to get in my car and be done within 5 minutes. Best service from a smith I've ever had. Told him I would be happy to pass along business cards and recommend him in the future. He told me he finally got his other truck back, so he's all over now. One of the trucks was down for repairs and limited his business... Definitely call Jack and his team. You will not be disappointed
