  • The management, front office staff, and maintenance team here are absolutely great. I lived here for the past 3 years and any issue that I brought to them was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. The residents on the other hand are less desirable. Kids do go unsupervised and you can report them and the management will hand out consequences (warnings, fees, evictions) whatever it takes to enforce the rules. If noise is a problem just call the Champaign PD and they will try to help. Otherwise apartments are really nice and updated. I really loved living here.
