  • My family has been with HCA of Scottsdale for more than 2 years. We started with minimal assistance and progressed to 24/7 care. The leadership team could not be more competent or responsive. Ted, Marie and Jill are always available and respond to every call, text and email. They have never left us without coverage. They welcome input into the choice of caregivers. They have accommodated the specific and changing needs of my Dad. They help muster other outside resources to provide additional assistance. They gather and provide information that allows us to make informed choices on options relating to care, treatment, equipment etc. needed to keep my Dad in his home. My Dad had caregivers trained in cognitive therapy which helped strengthen his memory and problem solving skills. His needs now require extensive skilled nursing capabilities, relating to multiple challenges including swallowing issues and physical mobility issues. The team at Home Care Assistance of Scottsdale is able to fulfill the whole range of his needs. You never hear the staff or caregivers say "it's not my job". They do whatever it takes to help their clients stay in their home and make that home function as a caring environment. Their billing is always timely and accurate.
