Sometimes you can call a company for a 2nd time, get a different representative and have a better experience after a bad one. It seems no matter how many attempts I make, I cannot find a rep who is capable of not being rude. Even after paying my car loan off, and paying on time throughout, there was a bank issue (nothing I caused) and the final payment was "stopped" (according to Wells Fargo) 3 TIMES!!!!!! In each attempt to resolve the issue, OBVIOUSLY attempting to pay the final payment multiple times, I was treated like a delinquent child who couldn't understand the simple process or my consumer rights.
I am not sure what makes these reps feel the need to talk down to their perfect-record-of-payment clients, but I will NOT be using them again to find out!
