I really dont like writing poor reviews but the customer service for my first experience at the Glo Studio was awful. I walked in right on time, smiled at the girl and said hi! She looked up, stone faced and said we needed to get started immediatly. She quickly started to spray me and it had dawned on me she hadn't even asked me what shade I wanted. The one she was doing was darker than I had wanted but I just said ok because I didn't want to make her day any worse than it already seemed.
I tried to lighten the mood by talking to her and she informed me she did not have a good day and just wanted to get through the last appointments... which apparently I fell into that category.
She acted as if everything was a burden, from the minute I walked into the door to cashing out as she seemed disappointed that I paid with credit card because "the system takes forever."
Overall, I was not at all impressed and very let down because going into it I was very excited to find a cheaper place to get an airbrush tan.
My advice is if your staff cannot handle booking every 15 minutes, than do not let the customer service suffer.
I'm sorry but I do not plan to return.
