I was on vacation nearby Mesa Arizona. I got my car stuck in a patch of sand, it was on a dirt road. Ended up damaging my muffler, I needed to get back home to San Diego and was kinda desperate. I found his place not far from my hotel. At first I was worried because I didn't want to get ripped off (I drive a 2013 BMW) and also saw the bad review in yelp. I didn't have a lot of options because the other muffler shops in Mesa were fully booked, and I didn't want to get stuck in Mesa. I took a chance with this place and I was pleasantly surprised. There were no lines, they fixedly my muffler in under 30 minutes. They're very friendly, the welder was an old man (who only spoke Spanish) did a very good job. He showed it to me and I was just thinking and hoping that it was good enough for me to get home. I had my trusty car shop in San Diego check out his work and was told that it was spot on. If what matters to you is honest service with quality work, and a very reasonable price, then by all means go to this place. Yes, this shop is kind of rundown and not so great-looking, but don't let that stop you. If you want a fancy place that'll charge you an arm and a leg (and try to convince you to buy/replace 'damaged' parts you don't need) then don't hesitate to go to any Firestone shop. Thanks and a job well done America Muffler!
