  • I took my car in for an airbag recall and was surprised to find a large circular scratch in my front drivers side window when I got my car back. I spoke to the service representative and was told that it looked like it was not really a scratch and they they couldn't have done it. I am not sure how it would have magically appeared and I am very disappointed that they would not take responsibility for their mistake. I have left a message for the service manager and am hoping to get this resolved but I'm not feeling very confident. I am giving one star because the customer service representative was very polite.
