Lunch review.
Given the location, Gabi could charge more. I'd be very happy, and very tempted, if Gabi were a local establishment.
The quiche was amazingly fluffy; it's the best quiche I've had by an immeasurable margin. The steak sandwich was juicy and flavorful, with Stilton, caramelized onions, and chive mayonnaise. Most importantly, the beef was pronounced and tasty.
Service was sluggish, despite the relatively empty dining room.
Highly recommended for lunch. Better than anything I've had in Paris.
