  • I purchased furniture from Phyllis, Mike and Harlan with Furniture Markdowns over a year ago. I moved into a new house and decided to go with all brand new furniture. I brought my floorpan and photos of all the carpet color, tile color and cabinetry colors to the team at Furniture Markdowns. They sat with me to assist in designing a great looking model style home. Most items were delivered within one week, the rest was custom ordered and delivered in less than 3 weeks. My kitchen set had a small scratch on one of the stools when they delivered, and within 4-5 working days they came out and replaced the scratched part with a new piece. AWESOME!!!! Now, it's over 1 year later and my furniture is wearing well and receiving lots of compliments from visiting family and friends. I have also sent them many referrals, and all are pleased with the furniture quality, delivery service, and the sales team knowledge. I like that delivery is a one time fee and good for a lifetime. As I add new furniture to my home they will deliver free of charge. The delivery crew always showed up on time and took special care not to scratch the walls of my new home.
