  • Late this afternoon, my mom and I noticed that the hot water stopped working. Since my handy dad is away, we first called this other company for a quote and he just gave us a run around without any specifics. After that experience I decided to check out yelp and am glad I did! I spoke with Marty later that evening and he was superb - the complete opposite professional experience compared to the first company I called! Marty and his wife were extremely courteous, professional and polite, especially considering the time at which I called them (somewhat after hours). More importantly, he was very detailed, "no run-around," knowledgeable and extremely helpful! As women who are unfamiliar with water heater logistics, we both felt comfortable and at ease, we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Based on previous ratings and after reviewing his website, I look forward to selecting his company to resolve our water heater issue. They seem like a very professional company with great business ethics.
