  • A friend of mine lives here. While the units themselves look nice, and the "pet parks" are a nice touch, the management does not take care of maintenance requests timely, things are falling apart all over and not being addressed when notified. The groundskeeper does not clean up dog park areas, and they smell strongly because of a lack of proper cleaning. (Obviously no one there knows about how to maintain and care for a dog park.) Unexpected fees, poor response to maintenance requests, and somewhat high rent for the location and quality . . . these apartments are not a location I would choose to reside in.
