  • They were supposed to install a dishwasher for me and the valve under the sink was frozen and they weren't able to turn the water off. They told me that I'd have to get the valve replaced but that if I knew where the main water valve for the apartment they could just turn it off and do the install. They didn't even bother to look for it or offer to help me look for it. I called back the next morning once I found out where the main valve was and was told that they couldn't do that at all and that the valve under the sink would need to be replaced. I was told that they didn't know why the man who was there said that they could do that because they couldn't and would never do that.
