  • I received a gift certificate to go here. I thought since my family has been going here for years, they would be a good spot. I was greeted but had to wait 15 minutes before being seated since only three people were working. I ordered the Fantasy Manicure & Pedicure Spa Package ($65) which includes Alpha Hydroxyl Acid, Seaweed, Sea Salt Glow, Sea Scrub, Marine Masque, and Paraffin treatment. My pedicure was fine although I noticed right away how dirty everything was around me. During my pedicure I was asked if I wanted gel nails. I said sure. She didn't say anything about an added cost and I didn't think to ask. Upon finishing my pedicure, the lady proceeded to do what I considered their "Express Manicure". Now I ordered the Fantasy Manicure & Pedicure Spa Package but didn't receive anything that was listed for that on my hands, only on for my feet. Anyway, when she was done with I was told I owed $90. What? I said wasn't the package $65? She said yes, but the gel is an additional $30. I said okay, but you didn't do the Fantasy manicure only the pedicure so the total should have been $75. She argued with me and because there were several customers there, I didn't make a scene. I said whatever and just paid it. The result, a $15 overcharge for something I didn't even receive anyway. First time experience = last time experience. I am not impressed and will never be going back. Lesson to anyone who goes there, make sure you know what you are paying ahead of time and if you have coupons, show them first because you might end up paying more than you thought.
