I find it only fair to give an update on this issue. Since my review was posted, Tom the manager called (I assume he saw the review) and changed their position on the repair. They picked it up approx 2 weeks ago agreeing to repair it at their cost AND are giving me an in-store credit of $200. Got the couch back today and am very satisfied with the repair. I think this was a fair resolution to a frustrating problem. Thank you Tom!
