I'm giving them one star because they do answer the phone. This is a cautionary tale for new patients - don't go. If you are content to be talked down to or hung up on by the front desk, by all means proceed. I have no ill will towards Dr. Fabito because I was never afforded the opportunity to meet him. I have, however seen tremendous reviews for him which made me want to visit him in the first place. It was nice to see reviews for a pain management specialist who wasn't a pill pusher and strived for actual solutions.
I recently scheduled an appointment, but had to cancel today because I wouldn't be able make it the appointment for July 19th. Apparently my information had been input incorrectly and Amanda saw fit to sneer on the phone and in a snide manner call me "my dear". I told her I found that highly inappropriate and disrespectful at which point she said, "Ok. Thank you. Bye bye" before she hung up on me.
All I know is that in customer service, an employee is a direct reflection of their employer and this is regrettable.
